Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present legal reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the legal function.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
- Work closely with other departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or early professional with 0-2 years of work experience.
