Job Summary
Ahead Fitness is seeking a highly organised and results-driven Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of its Gwarinpa branch. The successful candidate will ensure smooth business operations, maintain high service standards, supervise staff, and deliver an excellent experience for members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Coordinate staff schedules and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards within the facility.
- Monitor inventory and oversee the proper use of equipment and resources.
- Prepare operational reports for management.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the implementation of company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operations, administration, or branch management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
