Successful candidates will gain practical experience through rotations across key business functions or by working within a specific business unit. Participants will build core business competencies while contributing to strategic and operational projects across the organisation.

Programme Responsibilities
- Participate in structured learning and development activities.
- Rotate across key business functions or work within an assigned business unit.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper from a reputable Nigerian or foreign university.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Applicants must not be more than 26 years old.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
