Position: Contact Center Representative (Hausa Speaking) – Tribest
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary: ₦94,000 monthly plus additional employment benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively in Hausa and English.
- Work in shifts, including morning and night shifts, to ensure round-the-clock service.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: NCE, ND, or HND.
- Age: 27 years and below.
- Strong communication skills in both Hausa and English.
- Proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts.
