Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cook who can prepare quality meals while maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to required recipes and standards.
- Assist with meal planning and ensure ingredients are available for daily preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene within the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients and minimise wastage.
- Prepare meals efficiently and ensure timely service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cook is required.
- Ability to prepare Nigerian and/or continental dishes.
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Must be neat, hardworking, reliable and well-organised.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
