Customer Engagement Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Manage customer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- ND and BSc. holders are eligible to apply.
