Job Overview
Filmhouse Cinemas is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Team Member) to support cinema operations and deliver excellent service to guests at its Victoria Island location.

Responsibilities
- Sell box office tickets and respond to customer queries, reservations and sales enquiries.
- Monitor and maintain cash flow, ensuring there are no shortages.
- Guide guests appropriately through cinema entrances and exits.
- Monitor guest flow and ensure there are no obstructions to the cinema experience.
- Participate in briefings and other meetings as requested by the Cinema Manager.
- Attend and participate in training sessions as required by managers and the HR team.
- Contribute to increasing concession revenues.
- Arrange and clean designated areas as required.
Requirements
Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:
- National Diploma (ND)
- Higher National Diploma (HND)
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BSE)
- Diploma
- Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE)
- Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE)
Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 19 and 26 years old.
