Job Summary
Baykins Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a responsible, reliable, and experienced Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for the company, staff, and official assignments. The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of Lagos roads, demonstrate professionalism, and be committed to maintaining the company vehicle in good condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport staff, company representatives, and materials to designated locations.
- Ensure timely arrival at destinations and adhere to assigned schedules.
- Maintain the company vehicle in clean and good working condition.
- Conduct routine checks on the vehicle and promptly report any faults or maintenance needs.
- Observe all traffic rules and road safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance where required.
- Assist with official errands, deliveries, and other transportation-related duties.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while carrying out official assignments.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle-related issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Perform other driving-related duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
- Must possess a valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence.
- Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Lagos roads and routes.
- Must be responsible, punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be physically fit and presentable.
- Must reside around Lekki, Iyanowore, Jakande, Ikate, Maruwa, or nearby areas.
