Job Summary
RoadLamp Limited is seeking motivated engineering graduates for a structured graduate trainee programme designed to provide hands-on experience, technical training and exposure to different engineering functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured technical, operational and soft-skills training.
- Assist senior engineers with project planning, design and execution.
- Conduct research and analysis to support engineering activities.
- Prepare technical documents, reports and presentations.
- Develop proficiency in relevant engineering software, tools and systems.
- Support engineering operations on-site and in the field.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project deliverables.
- Comply with health, safety and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Must have graduated between 2023 and 2025.
- Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as part of the training rotation.
