Engineering Technician

Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems in the production facility.
- Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to packaging and processing machines.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Operate and maintain laser coding machines.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance and production output.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Adhere to all safety and quality control policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support to the production team as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of ND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least two (2) years’ experience in tomato paste processing and packaging operations.
- Good knowledge of UNIVERSAL PACKAGING MACHINES.
- Good working knowledge of laser coding machines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and with minimum supervision.
- Readiness to align with company HSE policy and procedures.
