1. Project Finance Analyst

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Finance Analyst to support financial planning, modelling, and analysis for large-scale projects.

The successful candidate will evaluate project feasibility, prepare financial models, monitor project performance, and assist in securing financing for infrastructure, energy, construction, or corporate investment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for project evaluation and forecasting.
• Conduct feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses, and risk assessments.
• Analyse project costs, revenues, cash flows, and profitability metrics.
• Support project financing activities, including debt and equity structuring.
• Prepare investment memoranda, financial reports, and presentations for management and investors.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance against forecasts.
• Assist with due diligence, contract reviews, and financial documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, lenders, legal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve project financial performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in project finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of project financing structures, valuation techniques, and financial statements.
• Experience with infrastructure, energy, real estate, or construction projects is an advantage.

2. Project Accountant

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Salary: N300,000 – N450,000 monthly.

Job Description

erpSoftapp is seeking a Project Accountant to join its team. The successful candidate will work on improving accounting departments for clients and will be expected to demonstrate a proactive attitude.

The role involves working within a project team to deliver clients’ systems, with a focused approach to ensuring that clients’ requirements are met.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Reconcile various company accounts within an implementation project.
• Review and implement ledgers covering assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and equity to provide relevant information to management.
• Monitor and review creditors’ and debtors’ ledgers.

Key Performance Indicators

• Quality, adequacy, and accuracy of documentation.
• Accuracy of reconciliation documentation.
• Timeliness and accuracy of management reports.
• Strong experience in using spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline with 3–4 years of experience.
• Ability to record the trading activity of a company and implement it onto a system while creating a true trading position by reviewing Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, General Ledger, Aged Debtors Reports, and other relevant financial records.
• Ability to verify the full chart of accounts.
• Knowledge of IFRS is required.
• Applicant must be ICAN certified.
