Founded by Chief Mrs. Leila Fowler, the college began its journey in Surulere, Lagos, and is now located at No 4, Adedamole Ojomo Close, off Bode Thomas Street.
Position: Facility Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of school facilities.
- Manage janitorial services and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the premises.
- Perform hands-on tasks including electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry as needed.
- Collaborate with staff to identify and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance services.
- Monitor and manage facility-related budgets.
Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in janitorial work with strong electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with staff, students, and visitors.
