Job Summary
Avetium Technologies is recruiting Field Agents to support National Identification Number (NIN) enrolment operations across selected states in Nigeria.
The successful candidates will be responsible for guiding applicants through the NIN enrolment process, capturing accurate biometric and personal information, verifying supporting documents and ensuring successful submission of enrolment data to the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) backend system.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide applicants through the NIN enrolment process and ensure accurate data collection.
- Capture high-quality biometric information, including ten fingerprints and facial images, using NIMC-licensed equipment.
- Verify applicant documents, including birth certificates, Local Government identification and international passports, to ensure authenticity.
- Ensure that submitted information matches the supporting documents to prevent future modifications.
- Ensure all captured data is successfully submitted and synchronised with the NIMC backend system.
- Maintain the security and functionality of enrolment equipment, including laptops, scanners and cameras.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of OND or NCE, with practical experience in data entry.
- Previous experience as a data capture agent, KYC agent or participation in government, banking or telecommunications enrolment projects will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Basic hardware troubleshooting skills, particularly with cameras and scanners.
- Strict adherence to data privacy and security standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and relevant local languages.
Remuneration
N150,000 net (fixed pay plus commission).
