Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting and reporting activities.
- Analyse financial performance and provide relevant financial reports.
- Manage cash flow and forecast financial performance.
- Monitor and control costs to support efficient financial management.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, pension regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Supervise, manage and mentor finance and accounts staff.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and financial management systems for financial operations and reporting.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial role.
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of tax laws, pension regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
- Strong financial analysis, planning and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Strong leadership, team management and mentoring skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
