Job Summary
Ahead Fitness is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Officer to oversee financial operations and ensure the company’s financial records are accurate, compliant, and up to date. The successful candidate will support budgeting, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting activities while contributing to the financial growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor budgets and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory regulations.
- Assist with audits and tax documentation.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance is an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
