About the Traineeship
FrieslandCampina’s Global Trainee Programme is designed to develop future leaders through:
- 3 Dynamic Assignments (8 months each) across Commerce functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain).
- International Exposure: Potential rotation to the Netherlands or other markets.
- Real Projects: Lead initiatives like market expansion, customer strategy, or digital transformation.
- Mentorship: Direct coaching from senior leaders and a dedicated “buddy.”
Key Focus Areas for Nigeria:
- Driving growth of iconic brands (Peak, Friso, Three Crowns).
- Tackling challenges in Nigeria’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
Eligibility & Requirements
1. Education & Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (graduated in 2022, 2023, or 2024).
- Fields: Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related.
- No work experience required (internships/student roles accepted).
2. Skills & Attributes:
- Commercial Acumen: Interest in sales, trade marketing, or supply chain.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in Lagos + relocate abroad for one assignment.
- Leadership Potential: Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data.
3. Language:
- Fluency in English (Dutch or other languages a plus).
