About the Global Supply Chain Traineeship
The Global Supply Chain Traineeship is designed for early-career professionals who want to build broad experience across different areas of supply chain management. The three-year programme consists of two challenging 18-month rotations, beginning with a role at one of the company’s production locations and followed by a role within a Global Supply Chain function.
Participants will work with different teams to improve organisational, technological and analytical processes while contributing to the efficient delivery of products to the right places, at the right time and at the right cost.
The programme also includes a virtual learning journey with trainees from different countries and functions, as well as opportunities to develop business acumen, supply chain expertise and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
As a Global Supply Chain Trainee, you may:
- Work with different teams to improve supply chain processes.
- Analyse processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to projects focused on efficiency, quality and sustainability.
- Support planning and supply chain optimisation initiatives.
- Use data and business insights to identify opportunities and develop recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions, markets and production locations.
- Contribute to ensuring products are delivered at the right place, time and cost.
Potential roles during the rotations may include Team Leader in the packaging department, Demand Planner, planning-related roles at production sites, Continuous Improvement Project Manager and Global Supply Chain Optimization Specialist.
Requirements
Hard Requirements
- 0–2 years of work experience.
- Strong academic background from a relevant university.
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper Degree in a Supply Chain-related field.
- Fluent in English.
- NYSC Discharge Certificate.
- Minimum of five O’level credits.

- Collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to relocate domestically or internationally.
- Relevant extracurricular, internship or work experience demonstrating leadership potential.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
