About the Programme
SEND is hiring Graduate Trainees for a six-month rotational programme across its Operations, Customer Experience and Commercial departments.
The first month will focus on classroom-based training covering supply chain and logistics fundamentals, SEND’s operations, tests and practical tasks. Months two to four will involve rotations through customer experience and supply chain operations, followed by a commercial rotation in month five. In month six, trainees will be placed in a department based on their performance and preferences.
Strong performers may be confirmed in substantive roles after six months. Trainees will receive full pay and benefits throughout the programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned work and training tasks according to each function’s operating procedures.
- Analyse existing systems and suggest ideas for improvement.
- Compile reports and make presentations to managers as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of work experience. NYSC experience counts.
- Strong numerical, logical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good research abilities and willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- STEM-based degrees may be an advantage, but candidates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates may also highlight relevant projects, products, university theses or final-year projects.
