Job Summary
The Graduate Trainee Programme is designed for high-potential graduates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering who demonstrate strong academic performance, technical aptitude, innovative thinking, and a willingness to learn and develop.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their technical and professional capabilities in a fast-paced environment while contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate skills beyond their academic background, particularly in Microsoft Excel, AI tools, data analysis, digital applications, or other relevant areas.
Minimum Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit, as applicable.
- Must not be more than 28 years old.
- Demonstrated interest in learning, development, innovation, and professional growth.
Candidate Profile
- Young, sharp-minded, proactive, and adaptable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant digital tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools and data analysis is an added advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced technical environment.
