Job Summary

The Head of Programs will oversee the planning, development and coordination of the station’s programmes to ensure engaging, relevant and high-quality content for its audience. The successful candidate will help shape the station’s programming schedule and maintain consistency with its editorial direction and broadcast objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and coordinate the station’s programme schedule.
• Supervise programme production and ensure content meets the station’s standards.
• Work with presenters, producers and other team members to develop engaging programmes.
• Monitor programme quality, audience feedback and broadcasting trends.
• Ensure programmes are delivered according to the approved schedule.
• Contribute ideas for new programmes and improvements to existing content.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Experience in radio broadcasting, programme production or a related media role would be an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple programmes and work effectively with a team.
• Creativity and a good understanding of audience engagement.
