Job Summary
Talent45 is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale its sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building, managing, and driving high-performing sales teams while developing strategies that deliver sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate entry-level and mid-level sales agents to achieve outstanding performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
- Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture.
- Track sales metrics, analyse performance data, and implement improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise customer acquisition and retention.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and sales leadership roles.
- Proven ability to lead and drive high performance among multiple sales agents.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and develop sales talent.
Salary and Benefits
- Net monthly salary of ₦450,000 – ₦600,000.
