Hobark International Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions across the organisation. The successful candidate will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives while supporting the company’s business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within the upstream oil and gas industry or a similarly regulated, operations-intensive environment.
  • Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and statutory compliance.
  • Experience supporting organisational design and restructuring initiatives is an added advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the full spectrum of human resources operations across the organisation.
  • Drive recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution in line with company policies and labour laws.
  • Oversee performance management, employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour legislation and HR best practices.
  • Support workforce planning, organisational design, and change management initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to implement people strategies that support organisational goals.
  • Develop and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and the overall employee experience.
