Role: HR Manager (5-6 years of experience)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at Quilox Nightclub. As the HR Manager, you will oversee all human resources functions, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Organize staff training and development programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations as needed.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
