Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an HR role.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance management and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be resident in Agbara or its immediate environs.
