Job Title: Inventory Controller

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our team at Sagamu Brewery in Nigeria. As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate levels of inventory across various departments. Your role will involve ensuring efficient stock management, optimizing inventory procedures, and minimizing costs while maximizing profitability.
International Breweries (AB InBev)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits.
- Implement inventory control policies and procedures to optimize stock levels.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to inventory transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory control best practices.
