Role Purpose

The Inventory Planning Supervisor will monitor inventory and support store, logistics, inspection, administrative, personnel, and finance-related activities across the regional stores.

Role Accountabilities

  • Enter, collate, and maintain inventory data.
  • Compile weekly and monthly stock statements for all materials.
  • Prepare weekly inventory forecasts based on usage and consumption trends.
  • Support the inspection of delivered materials to ensure they conform to specifications before warehouse receipt and supplier payment.
  • Maintain accurate data on relevant supply systems, including bin cards and MAXIMO, to ensure record integrity and meet audit requirements.
  • Support periodic disposal processes for obsolete stock in Ikeja Electric warehouses.
  • Help minimise overstocking and the accumulation of obsolete or redundant materials.
  • Track inventory and stock re-order level triggers to minimise instances of stock-outs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
