Requirements
Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Finance, Business Management or a related business field from a recognised university.
- Have a minimum of a First Class or Second Class Upper degree. HND holders must possess an Upper Credit or Distinction.
- Have 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or possess an NYSC exemption letter.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity and good listening skills.
- Be curious, self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Have an enthusiastic, proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Be adaptable and willing to embrace change.
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity and a strong desire to succeed.
- Be willing to relocate within Nigeria for short- or long-term assignments.
Programme Timeline
- 4 November 2026: Application deadline.
- 11 January 2027: Training commences.
- First six months: Intensive training and departmental rotations in Lagos, Nigeria.
- After training: Successful trainees may be posted to any state in Nigeria, depending on business requirements.
