Role Overview
We are looking for a talented IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our technological systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide technical support to staff, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Implement security measures to protect the organization’s IT systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to avoid disruptions.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure the IT needs of the company are met.
- Regularly update software and hardware to keep systems up to date.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
