MTN is inviting applications from eligible graduates for its 2027 Global Graduate Development Programme, an opportunity for young professionals to begin their careers and explore new professional possibilities with one of Africa’s leading telecommunications companies.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the MTN Global Graduate Development Programme 2027, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) degree or an HND Upper Credit.
- Have graduated in 2024 or later.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme by September 2026 and possess a valid certificate.
- Be fluent in English.
