Role Overview
The Administrative & Facility Management Intern will support the company’s daily administrative and facility management operations, including office supplies, maintenance, vendor coordination, documentation and general workplace activities.
Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative and facility management operations.
- Assist with monitoring office supplies, equipment and facility requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Support the maintenance of a clean, safe and conducive work environment.
- Assist with administrative documentation, records and reports.
- Support the coordination of meetings, office events and other administrative activities.
- Monitor facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with tracking facility expenses and service schedules.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be posted to Abuja for NYSC service.
- Must be a 2026 Batch B1 or Batch B2 NYSC Corps Member.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
