Position: Operations Head (Banking)

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 NET
Job Summary:
The Operations Head (Banking) will oversee and manage daily banking operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational processes, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will supervise and lead a team of banking professionals, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day banking operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Supervise and lead a team of banking professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to streamline processes and achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in microfinance banking operations.
- Professional certifications are an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Charismatic, confident, and possesses excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in compliance management and recovery software.
