Tastee Fried Chicken was founded by Olayinka Pamela Adedayo as an extension of Tastee Pot, an outdoor catering company serving Nigerian and continental food at special events. In 1997, Mrs. Adedayo incorporated Tastee Fried Chicken and opened its first outlet in Surulere, Lagos State. Drawing from her previous experience as a manager at Kentucky Fried Chicken, she developed the restaurant around a fast-food business model.

Responsibilities
- Monitor the outlet budget to control expenses and implement cost-reduction measures.
- Supervise section schedules and oversee the training of sales and production managers.
- Review operating reports with outlet unit heads and develop comprehensive reports for management.
- Liaise with other outlet unit heads, including Audit and Accounts, to ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Ensure quality food is consistently produced and served.
- Drive customer satisfaction and maintain strong brand representation.
- Ensure personnel and environmental hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
- Ensure strict adherence to recipes and prevent stock-outs.
- Ensure all outlet equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Monitor the availability and quality of raw materials in liaison with the appropriate departments.
- Maintain high operational standards throughout the outlet in line with the organisation’s vision and goals.
- Maintain good customer relationships and an up-to-date customer database.
- Attend to customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent data analytics skills.
- Strong time-management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
- Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
- Ability to interpret financial data and use it to set production goals.
