Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- ICAN certification is an added advantage
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll processing or a related role
- Certification in payroll management
- In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations (e.g., tax laws, labor laws)
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and capability to work independently
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Quick learner of new systems and processes
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
