Role Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and private banking clients.
  • Understand clients’ financial goals and provide tailored banking and investment solutions.
  • Proactively engage clients and conduct portfolio reviews and optimisation.
  • Cross-sell suitable banking products and services based on client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, reports and other relevant client documentation.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and risk management.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences while contributing to revenue growth.
  • Uphold the bank’s values in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications such as CFA or CFP are an advantage.
  • Strong business relationship management skills, including client acquisition, retention and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in financial planning, including assessing client needs, setting goals and designing comprehensive wealth and banking solutions.
  • Experience in portfolio management, including monitoring, rebalancing and optimising client portfolios based on risk and return.
  • Solid understanding of finance and investments, including banking products, capital markets and wealth management strategies.
  • Proven experience in private banking, wealth management or HNI relationship management within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus and ethical mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
