Job Summary

The Profit Centre Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the assigned banking portfolio, developing customer relationships and supporting branch business objectives across personal banking and SME segments.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development and revenue growth across personal banking and SME customer segments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Lead branch marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to grow the customer base.
Promote the bank’s products and services to meet assigned business targets.
Monitor portfolio performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Support customer acquisition, retention and cross-selling initiatives.
Ensure excellent service delivery and effective resolution of customer issues.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

A First Degree and relevant cognate experience, including experience in branch marketing.
