Job Summary
The Project Associate will work closely with the Nolton Africa team across various projects and assignments, supporting project coordination, research, programme implementation and partnership activities. The successful candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented and genuinely interested in helping institutions become stronger and ensuring projects deliver meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Support consulting engagements and institutional strengthening projects.
- Assist with capital advisory assignments and development programmes.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables and stakeholders.
- Conduct research and provide analytical support for various assignments.
- Prepare clear, well-structured documents and presentations.
- Support partnership development and programme coordination.
- Work closely with team members to ensure effective project execution.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, programme management, consulting, operations or a related role.
- Strong writing, research and analytical skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience coordinating people, activities, timelines or deliverables.
- Ability to produce clear, well-structured documents and presentations.
- Must be based in Abuja, Nigeria.
- Must be organised, thoughtful, resourceful and proactive.
