Job Summary
The Site Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising project execution from start to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project implementation from commencement to completion.
- Ensure project activities are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate and expedite the delivery of materials and project resources.
- Manage project logistics and ensure the efficient movement of materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Provide effective leadership to project personnel and ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Promote client satisfaction through efficient project execution.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and successful project completion.
- Experience coordinating the timely delivery of project materials and resources.
- Strong logistics management skills.
- Experience conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and related tools is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
