The role focuses on driving customer service excellence, inventory accuracy and operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inbound, storage, picking, loading, dispatch and outbound warehouse operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliations and variance investigations.
• Coordinate customer order fulfilment, load planning and dispatch activities to achieve On-Time In-Full (OTIF), On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Truck Turnaround Time targets.
• Monitor stock availability, ageing, shelf life, replenishment requirements and Slow-Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) stock exposure while enforcing First In, First Out (FIFO) and First Expired, First Out (FEFO) principles.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of inventory transactions within D365 and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Requirements and Qualifications

• A BSc or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three years of experience in warehouse, depot, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing inventory control, order fulfilment, dispatch and transport coordination.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, depot and inventory management.
• Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to interpret operational data and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems, preferably D365/WMS, is an added advantage.
