About the Role
The Reckitt Nigeria Management Trainee Program is designed to develop the next generation of Reckitt leaders. Participants will experience end-to-end business processes through rotations across the company’s Commercial and Supply functions.

- Be a recent graduate who completed their degree between 2022 and 2025.
- Hold any degree discipline.
- Have graduated with a minimum of Upper Second Class Honours (2:1).
- Must have completed NYSC by December 2026.
