2025 Graduate Management Trainee Program | Sahara Group

Through this program, you will gain valuable insights and hands-on experience, positioning yourself to make a lasting impact in the energy sector.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2:1 in any discipline
- 0–2 years of post-graduate formal working experience
- Completion of the NYSC Program is required
- A master’s degree from a recognized university and professional qualifications will be an added advantage for accelerated growth
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in French is an advantage
