Position: Senior Associate | Finance
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time | Hybrid
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a Finance role, preferably in a senior role.
- Experience in treasury management, financial planning and reporting, financing needs, and managing bills, collections, and receivables.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Professional certification will be an added advantage.
- Ability to engage and manage clients effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee treasury management activities, ensuring effective cash flow and liquidity management.
- Lead financial planning and reporting efforts, providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Manage financing needs, including debt management, capital structure, and funding requirements.
- Supervise the management of bills, collections, and receivables to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
- Provide expert financial advice to clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing their financial needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices.
