Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end instructional and learning experience design.
- Translate learning needs into product requirements and learning journeys.
- Design curricula, modules, courses, assessments and learning activities.
- Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles.
- Develop learner personas, journey maps and learning pathways.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, media producers, product teams and technology teams.
- Create storyboards, prototypes and learning specifications.
- Conduct usability and learning experience reviews.
- Analyse learner data to improve learning products.
- Lead content review and quality assurance.
- Establish reusable learning design frameworks and standards.
- Manage multiple learning product development projects.
- Continuously improve existing products based on learner feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Psychology, Business or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years’ experience in instructional or learning design.
- Strong experience designing digital learning products.
- Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise or equivalent.
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
- Knowledge of UX/LX principles and learning analytics.
- Strong personal and professional integrity.
