Job Title: Senior Marketing Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Qualifications:

• First Degree from a reputable university.

Job Summary: This role is responsible for developing distribution strategies to meet targets. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through others. We are looking for a dedicated sales lead to coordinate our sales teams, ensure the team’s financial targets are met, and support management.

Responsibilities:

• Mobilize deposits with financial targets.
• Write reports for senior managers.
• Manage portfolios for clients.
• Maintain positive customer relations.
• Motivate the sales staff and create an atmosphere of healthy competition.
• Manage sales and expense budgets for a sales team in a branch against set targets.
• Develop and implement the distribution strategy of products within the team.
• Be accountable for local marketing.
• Identify and create coordinated marketing opportunities.
• Build and maintain external networks and relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure the delivery of customer value.
• Manage, develop, appoint, and train sales officers.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
• Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools.
