Job Summary
BBA Motors is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage strategic client relationships, and strengthen the company’s market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to deliver strong performance.
- Build relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report to management.
- Ensure effective lead management, customer retention, and after-sales engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and business performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Proven record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
