Job Summary
The SEP Instructor will be responsible for delivering regulated cabin crew ground, classroom and practical training, conducting evaluations and assessments, and supporting the development of cabin crew competencies and service standards. The role will also involve coaching cabin crew members and ensuring compliance with safety and service requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regulated ground, classroom training and drills as authorised by the relevant authority.
- Conduct regular classroom evaluations and competency checks.
- Conduct evaluations, assessments and line checks for SCCMs and CCMs.
- Identify training trends and review requirements that may support the development of new courses.
- Conduct regulated practical training on the relevant aircraft type.
- Conduct Line Trainer, SCCM and CCM line training, including coaching.
- Monitor safety and service standards.
- Participate in the production of training materials and multimedia content when required.
- Conduct other cabin service-related training.
- Assist with other duties within the Cabin Services Department as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent HND.
- At least 5 years’ experience as an operating Senior Cabin Crew Member.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent health and fitness levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly with a professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent personality and ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
