Position: Site Manager

Job Description:
- Supervise and manage site staff, ensuring tasks are assigned effectively and performance is monitored.
- Oversee daily operations at multiple estate project sites to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Salary: N150,000 per month, plus other benefits
