About the Role
Casalavoro Limited is seeking a skilled, passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join its wellness team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments while creating a calm, welcoming and therapeutic environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps and holistic therapies, in line with spa protocols and guest preferences.
- Conduct thorough pre-treatment consultations to understand guest needs, health conditions and contraindications, adjusting treatments appropriately.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits and aftercare instructions clearly to guests.
- Recommend appropriate products and home-care routines to support guests’ continued wellness.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisation in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed between guests.
- Create a serene, relaxing and professional environment that promotes guest comfort, privacy and satisfaction.
- Manage treatment schedules effectively and ensure punctual service delivery.
- Remain flexible and responsive to changes in schedules and guest requirements.
- Stay informed about the latest wellness and beauty techniques, trends and products.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics or a related spa field.
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar wellness environment.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanour at all times.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.
