Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio and ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate project schedules and ensure the timely delivery of client projects.
- Liaise with creative teams, clients, and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Monitor studio utilisation, resource allocation, and operational performance.
- Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction at all touchpoints.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in operations management, business administration, client service, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing schedules, client engagements, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support revenue and business growth objectives.
- Experience in a media, creative, advertising, content production, or related environment will be an added advantage.
