Role: Supervisors (2-3 years of experience)
We are seeking experienced and motivated Supervisors to oversee operations at Quilox Nightclub. As a Supervisor, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high service standards, and lead a team of dedicated staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nightclub, including dining, bar, and customer service areas.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Prepare shift schedules and assign duties to staff.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
