Job Description

VFD Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across its subsidiaries, from high-volume recruitment to executive searches, while building a strong talent acquisition function to support the Group’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Shape workforce planning and hiring strategies across subsidiaries.
Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments and entities, including senior and executive searches.
Conduct structured, competency-based interviews and selection processes.
Build proactive talent pipelines through headhunting, social platforms, referrals and partnerships.
Strengthen VFD Group’s employer brand through digital platforms, events and university partnerships.
Champion inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.
Manage and optimise ATS/HRIS platforms and recruitment workflows.
Develop recruitment dashboards and insights to support management decision-making.
Partner with hiring managers to define roles and selection criteria.
Coach hiring teams on recruitment best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Master’s Degree or certification such as CIPM, SHRM or HRCI is an advantage.
Minimum of 6 years’ recruitment experience, including executive hiring and multi-entity/group environments.
Strong experience with ATS/HRIS platforms and recruitment optimisation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and C-suite executives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong ownership, adaptability and strategic thinking.
